ESUS
We will be using the Event Sign Up System (ESUS), for the self-scheduled events sign ups. The link to access the self-schedule sign up is here.
Login information has been emailed to head coaches. If you have not received the information please email me ASAP because the self-sign up opens on Wednesday, March 5, at 8:00AM, and will close on Wednesday, March 12, at 5:00 PM. Please contact Ryan if you have any issues.

The tournament is rapidly approaching and here are some updates!

Parking
Please park in the adjacent lot of the Palmdale Learning Center. Parking is free.
Team Check In
Head Coach check in will be in the lobby from 7:15-8:15am on the morning of the tournament. Head Coaches will need to submit the following forms and pick up wristbands for their team members:
- Final team roster with the participants' names and grade levels
- Release form for all participants, non-participating students, guests of the school

November 20th, 2024
Happy November! Thank you for being patient as we finalize the dates for the season. This year, the Los Angeles Regional Science Olympiad Elementary tournament will take place at the Antelope Valley College Learning Center on March 15, 2025. Please note that this is a different location compared to last year's location.
Preliminary Schedule
The preliminary schedule for the tournament can be found on our webpage in the downloads section. Please note that while most events are listed as 50 minutes in the rules, we'll be running all events in 45 minute blocks to better accommodate the tournament schedule.

Registration Status
Thank you to all the teams who have already signed up online. As a reminder, participation at the tournament is not guaranteed until registration is complete (principal verification, certificate of insurance, and membership dues). If you have not yet signed up, please do so at the registration tab.
Welcome to the 2024-2025 Season!
September 13th, 2024
Team Registration for Division A for the 2024-25 season is now open. The rules for Division A will remain the same as last year. They are available for purchase from the national store. for $32. If you already purchased this last year you do not need to purchase it again. The limit of competitors on a team will remain at 16. The schedule for the tournament is posted below in the downloads section.
Number of Teams per School
There is no limit on the number of teams per school. Each team from a school participating in an Invitational or Regional Tournament must be registered with the state. All teams are expected to compete at the Regional Tournament.
