Home Base
Teams can set up a tent/home base in the quad area during the day. Please stay clear of the fire lanes and all walkways since classes are still in session. No open flames, heating elements, or extension cords are permitted. Please ensure that tents are properly weighed down with at least 40lbs of weight per leg.
Schedule and Room Assignments
Room assignments for events are now posted at the links below.
Food & Bookstore
Campus Dining will be open during the day for teams to purchase food. They are located on the 1st floor of the CC building. The bookstore located west of the quad is also open from 10am-2pm.
Arbitrations
If your team needs to file an appeal, the head coach must submit an online appeal form. The link was sent to coaches in Communique 3 via email.
Minor Procedural Issues Contact number
On the day of the event, if there are quick procedural issues, Head Coaches can call (626) 268-1661. Please make this option a useful one and only use this number judiciously to make sure it helps facilitate the process and not negatively impact it. Quick procedural issues include: Event Supervisor is missing for an event; Event Supervisor is checking for student ID to let them in, Event Supervisors not allowing certain items that should be allowed, etc. In general, call this number to get something fixed quickly (not to appeal). Resolving procedural issues is not meant to replace the appeal process that's currently in place.
Photography
Do not photograph or take videos of another team's device without their permission.
Preliminary Scoreboard
The preliminary scoreboard for the tournament will be posted on Duosmium after the awards ceremony. Teams will have until 12:00PM Monday, March 31 to submit any scoring inquiries. As a reminder, scoring inquiries must be submitted by the head coach and are only meant for any clerical issues on the scoreboard (e.g. a team that participated in an event was marked as no-show).

Team Check In
Head Coach check in will be in the Quad by the R building from 7:15-8:15am on the morning of the tournament. Head Coaches will need to submit the following forms and pick up wristbands for their team members:
- Final team roster with the participants' names and grade levels
- UPDATED Release form for all participants, non-participating students, guests of the school
If an event requires impound, the device must be impounded during the time stated in the schedule. Teams will not need wristbands to impound their devices since the impound period is the same as the period when the head coach checks in and receives wristbands. However, per the rules, all devices must still be impounded by one or more of the 15 official team members. Parents or other non-participants may not impound devices for their team, but they may accompany the team members to help transport or carry things.
Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony will take place outdoors in the Quad.
Helicopter C Venue Dimensions
Helicopter C will take place in a classroom. The classroom is 829 sq ft and 8ft in height.
