Certificate of Insurance Information

Hello Coaches,
Certificate of Insurance (COI) information for the 2027 Orange County Regional Tournament at the University of California, Irvine is now available here.
You can also find it under "Required Forms" in the Downloads & Links section below.
Please follow the instructions in the document to obtain your school's Certificate of Insurance, then upload it using this Google Form.
The Certificate of Insurance is due by Monday, January 18, 2027. Please share this with your school's administration as soon as possible, since arranging a certificate can take time.

2027 OC Regional Date and Host Announcement

Dear OC Science Olympiad Community,
I'm excited to announce that the 2027 Orange County Science Olympiad Regional Tournament will be hosted at the University of California, Irvine on February 27th, 2027.
I'm delighted to continue our strong partnership with UCI and am grateful to them for hosting us again.
Thank you to those that have already registered for the tournament. If you haven't already, please register through the SoCal Science Olympiad website here.
The total registration fee is $375, which is the same as last year.
Schools may enter up to three teams at OC Regionals. Any additional teams competing at invitationals must also be registered, as required by the National Science Olympiad Office.
Your team's certificate of insurance can be sent to Ash (ocregionalscioly@uci.edu).
In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to Ash or me if you have any questions. I'm really looking forward to seeing you all at the tournament this coming spring.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 Season!

Team Registration for Division B and C for the 2026-27 season is now open.
The rules for Division B and C are available for free on the National Science Olympiad web page.
Number of Teams per School
Schools may enter up to three (3) teams at OC Regionals. Any additional teams competing at invitationals must also be registered, as required by the National Science Olympiad Office.
