Subscribe and get notifications when rules changes/clarifications and FAQs are posted. You can also get the HTML code to embed the subscription widget in your website.

Materials List (2023)

This tool will calculate the amounts of materials for each event based on the number of teams, number of timeblocks, and the number of setups. The list is built in Google Sheets and requires a Google account.

ESUS

ESUS is a system for teams to sign up for self-scheduled events. It is used in over 12 states and has been used at previous National Tournaments.

Room Signage Maker

This is an Excel sheet with a macro that automatically generates room signage (in an editable PowerPoint) based on your schedule of events.
