Summer Workshop

The Southern California Science Olympiad Summer Workshop is a condensed, one day version of the Science Olympiad Summer Institute that used to take place in Phoenix, Arizona each summer. This is the perfect place for coaches and tournament officials to learn more about next year's events and to give feedback on these draft rules.

This year's workshop will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the California Institute of Technology

    The SoCal Science Olympiad Workshop is a 1-day in-person workshop hosted at Caltech on Sat, July 8th. The schedule will be posted after the National Tournament in May.

    Who: Coaches and parents who are 18 or older
    When: Sat, July 8th, 8am-4pm
    Where: California Institute of Technology (Caltech)
    What:
    - Attendees receives the 2024 draft rules at the workshop
    - Events presented by State & National Event Supervisors
    - Breakfast and lunch included
    - Registration fees: $125 on or before July 1st, $140 after July 1st
